The AV & IT Support Technician will be responsible for delivering efficient operational support across the Group, ensuring high-quality management of meeting rooms, AV equipment, and events both internal and external.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting (Windows and Mac laptops and peripherals)
- Windows 10/11 and macOS support experience
- Incident and ticket management using tools like ServiceNow or Fresh Service
- Printer and network troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
- A proactive team player, actively contributing to the workplace culture
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in AV and event technologies
- Experience of events and conferences, including operating sound desks, visuals and cameras
- Hands-on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of IT/AV hardware and software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
