Requirements
- Proven knowledge of audio-visual and video-conferencing systems
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Teams Live events
- Degree or qualification in IT, AV, or Media Production
- Experience using IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Power BI
