Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst will support corporate Health & Welfare benefit plans, assist with well-being and leave of absence administration, and serve as a point of contact for selected vendors. The role will also involve maintaining confidentiality, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and handling employee inquiries and disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of corporate HR/benefits administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and benefit administration platforms (preferred)
• CEBS, PHR or SPHR certification a plus
