Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Law, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related field
- Ability to read, speak, and write in Russian
- Experience with Amalgam, WorkDay, ServiceNow, and GV systems
- Experience processing Amalgam and WorkDay
- Experience auditing and configuring HR systems for payroll
