This BI Analyst I role within the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) cluster at Nedbank is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful business intelligence solutions. The role involves designing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, ServiceNow, and Excel. Stakeholder engagement and compliance with standards are key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- Engineering (Gr12), Information Technology (Bachelor’s Degree), or a related field
- 2+ years experience in Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling
- 2+ years in BI, data analysis, or reporting roles
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting and Excel-based reporting solutions
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
