Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is a leading technology consultancy headquartered in Singapore. We are searching for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. The role involves gathering and analysing business requirements, mapping processes, and documenting functional needs for system implementation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related subject area
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• More than 5 years of working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
• Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence
• Business Analysis certification, e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or PMP
• Past development or consulting experience
• Experience with servicenow
• Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in AWS as well as at least one of the following areas (Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics and Service Design)
