The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Business Process Analyst will support the Digital Transformation team in driving NTU towards a digitally enabled organization. The position will partner closely with various NTU functions to digitalize and redesign processes, improve operational efficiency, and elevate customer experience.
Requirements
- Support the assessment of system gaps for business processes, system designs and workflows
- Perform data extraction and analysis to determine suitability of proposed solutions
- Support the execution of ServiceNow roadmaps through system upgrades and enhancement
- Support the development of functional specifications based on stakeholder and user requirements
- Address queries and resolve issues arising from features implemented
- Ensure completeness of process and functional documentation
Requirements Summary
At least 2-5 years of experience in project implementation of SaaS applications and/or business process improvement initiatives. Diploma/University Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or Business Administration
