The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting testing, and ensuring open communication with stakeholders, focusing on application solutioning and understanding how to provide the best value through technology.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related subject area.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP or PMP) preferred
• Experience with servicenow
• Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in AWS
• Knowledge or experience in Agile Methodologies
• Knowledge or experience in cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies
• Knowledge or experience in Customer Relationship Management
