Sr Advisory Enterprise Architect (Telco)

ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects to join their Team, focused on building trust with telecommunications providers. The Enterprise Architecture Team develops cross-functional strategies and solutions for large cloud-based platforms, helping customers optimize their use of ServiceNow's platform. Architects will translate complex challenges into actionable solutions and collaborate with various teams to drive platform adoption and innovation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in the telecommunications industry
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• Strong knowledge of Telco business models, operations, and architecture frameworks
• Hands-on experience mapping Telco use cases to platform capabilities
