The Business Analyst will use ServiceNow to streamline and optimize IT service management processes for clients. This role involves gathering business requirements, conducting workshops with stakeholders, translating needs into specifications, and providing training on ServiceNow functionalities. The BA will also stay updated on ServiceNow developments.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with ServiceNow implementations.
- ITSM & ITOM Modules
- FS industry experience (Asset Management clients a big plus).
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Certification a+
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications and process documentation.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework (a plus).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) preferred.
Requirements Summary
