Business Analyst

Ensono is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between data and business decisions. This role involves analyzing operational data, building dashboards, and translating complex data into actionable insights. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive ROI and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with SQL
• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data and IT operations datasets
• Ability to interpret and communicate outputs from predictive models
• Strong skills in data storytelling
