Business Analyst

ServiceNow is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Sales Reporting and Analytics team. This role focuses on building and maintaining AI-powered tools to streamline analytics workflows and boost stakeholder productivity. The analyst will work with Python and SQL to ingest, transform, and validate data, prototype AI agents using Snowflake and LLMs, and help ensure consistent AI agent workflows.

Requirements

• Build and maintain scripts using Python and SQL
• Develop AI agent prototypes (Snowflake Cortex, LangChain, Databricks, etc.)
• Convert enterprise data into LLM-optimized formats
• Contribute to ETL pipelines and unit tests
• Partner with Data Technology to align AI agent work with the AI Agent Build Framework
