Business Analyst

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Okta, Box, Socrata, and Zendesk platforms. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing requirements, and ensuring smooth implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis expertise and project management skills.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Develop system documentation, including workflows, user stories, and process maps.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Provide technical documentation, user guides, and training for platform users.
• Conduct data analysis to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog management, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Report project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
