Manager, Application Portfolio Management

The Manager, Application Portfolio Management leads the enterprise-wide Application Portfolio Management (APM) overseeing a centralized team responsible for governing the application landscape, optimizing software usage, and enabling data driven technology decisions. This role ensures business-IT alignment, maximizes technology value, reduces redundancy, enforces lifecycle standards, supports compliance, risk, and cost-effective decision-making across the application and software landscape.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on application governance, portfolio management, or enterprise IT operations required
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow APM and SAM, including implementation, configuration, and use in a governance capacity required
• 3-5 years leading high-performing technical or operations teams in a complex, cross functional global IT environment required
