We are seeking a Senior AV Event Technician to lead event and video conferencing operations and technical support across all event spaces. The role involves delivering a punctual service, maintaining and enhancing the audio-visual estate, and acting as the first escalation contact for technical support requests.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom communication platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working experience and knowledge of Windows operating system (10 or 11) and O365 applications
- Working experience and knowledge of Yamaha digital audio desks, with a good understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting
- Experience using a helpdesk ticketing solution (ServiceNow, Remedy, Helix, etc.)
- CTS certified
