Business Analyst

Flowserve is looking for a Business Process Expert to join the Enterprise Support for Information Technologies organization in EMA. The role involves resolving queries, improving user experience, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of global business processes.

Requirements

• Hands on Experience in E2E business processes
• 2-4 years' experience supporting various IT systems and integrations
• Understanding issue resolution processes and 3rd party tools such as ServiceNow
• Participated in 1-2 full life-cycle application implementation, experience in production support
• Customer service attitude and must be adept at communicating with non-technical business personnel
• 4-year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent business engagement, organization, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in and manage matrix teams
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, other language is a plus
• Eager to learn and gain more knowledge
