Soft Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a dynamic range of platform services, including ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Okta, Box, Socrata, and Zendesk. The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis expertise, coupled with project management skills, to drive successful implementation and optimization of these platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with knowledge of ServiceNow and similar platforms
- Strong project management skills, including resource management, risk mitigation, and schedule adherence
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with system testing, UAT, and technical documentation
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies preferred
