Senior QA ServiceNow Administrator

GovCIO is seeking a detail-oriented Senior QA ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize their ServiceNow platform. The role involves configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the ServiceNow platform, as well as developing QA strategies to validate system updates, workflows, and integrations. This hybrid position is located in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and implement custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
• Manage user roles, access controls, and permissions.
• Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and scenarios for validating ServiceNow functionality.
• Conduct regression testing and functional testing.
