Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within IT, enterprise architecture, or ServiceNow environments
- Experience with application portfolio management, service management, ITSM, SAM, and CMDB.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Ten years of experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions.
