We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant - Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team of over 500 technology experts and over 200 consultants.

Requirements

  • Expertise and relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) with introduction projects for ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and ideally also IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Expertise in project management as well as process optimization, quality management, and process modeling
  • Methods or professional certifications: One or more current ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist CSM) are strongly recommended
  • Experience in requirements analysis and design of digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform
  • Team player and responsible, as well as success-oriented working style
  • Flawless German and English skills
