Requirements
- Proven expertise and relevant work experience (at least 3 years) with introduction projects for ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and ideally also IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Expertise in project management as well as process optimization, quality management, and process modeling.
- Methods or professional certifications: One or more current ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist CSM) are highly beneficial.
- Experience in requirements analysis and design of digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Team player and responsible as well as success-oriented working style
- Fluent German and English skills
