SAP SD/CS Consultant (m/w/d)

We are seeking a SAP SD/CS Consultant for our location in Weingarten. As a SAP SD/CS Consultant, you are responsible for the conception, implementation, and maintenance of SAP ECC solutions in the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules.

Requirements

• Leading and supporting the configuration, development, and maintenance of SAP SD and CS modules in the ECC environment, including second-level support
• Collaborating with users to evaluate change requests, feasibility analyses, and implementation in SAP configurations
• Responsibility for end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including offers, customer orders, price finding, delivery, invoicing, and credit management
• Supporting customer service processes such as service and repair notifications, service orders, repair processing, warranties, and contract management
• Coordinating integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, WM) and connected third-party systems
• Creating and reviewing functional specifications for ABAP developments, interfaces, and reports
• Conducting unit, integration, and user acceptance tests (UAT) together with key users
• Providing user training, documentation, and go-live support
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing existing processes and systems
