Requirements
- Proven expertise and relevant professional experience (min. 3 years) with introduction projects for ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and ideally also IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Expertise in project management as well as in process optimization, quality management, and process modeling
- Methods or professional certifications: One or more current ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist CSM) are highly desirable
- Experience in requirements analysis and design of digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform
- Team player and responsible, as well as goal-oriented working style
- Good German and English language skills
