Requirements
- Develop and execute a multi-faceted plan to grow business across CRM Japan
- Collaborate with business partners to drive alignment on go-to-marketing strategy
- Coordinate out-year planning to ensure the organization scales to support growth expectations
- Incubate and develop emerging programs deemed strategic investments
- Align with other Sales leaders on key best practices for forecasting, sales, pipeline development, and leadership excellence
- Partner with HR to drive team talent development and consistent recruiting practice
- Drive Program Governance, oversee Program's Projects, and Optimize Program Processes
