NTT DATA is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support their Infrastructure Services function. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, interpreting infrastructure data, and enabling decision-making for stakeholders. Collaboration with leadership teams is key to improving service delivery and optimizing processes.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
- Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent) and infrastructure monitoring data.
- Ability to document processes, workflows, and business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 2-5 years in Business Analysis/Data Analysis. Experience with ITIL and IT infrastructure monitoring data
