BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST (3314)

Elval is searching for a Business Solutions Specialist to work on the maintenance, support, development, and optimization of business and enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, managing project timelines, and providing ongoing support to internal application users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)
• Experience in application development using languages such as.NET C#, Java, or scripting web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with system integration e.g. APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Familiarity with Enterprise systems is considered a plus (e.g. SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience with Ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Fluent in both written and verbal English and Greek
• Understanding software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service mindset and keen attention to detail
