We are seeking an IT Junior Service Desk Engineer to provide first-level technical support to end users, ensure timely resolution of basic IT issues, and assist in the administration and maintenance of computers, applications, and IT equipment.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree will be considered a plus.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer issues and providing basic network support.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) will be considered an asset.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical teams and end users.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured IT support environment.
