Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects
- 5+ years of experience in a Consulting or Technical BA role
- SW Engineering background
- Experience in any ITSM product such as ServiceNow, Jira etc
- Solid Project Managements skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills both in Greek and English
- Ability to work individually or as a member of a larger team
- Attention to detail and sense of accountability and ownership
