As a Business System Analyst, you will provide technical application level 2 support for Amex GBT applications, including Travel Counselor Servicing Applications. You will handle incident resolution, respond to critical incidents, and supervise ticket queues globally.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Travel Operations or Technology Level 2 Application Support
- Advanced English level
- ITIL certification
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Knowledge of networking, Dot Net Framework, API's & Web services technology, Windows O/S platforms, and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems like servicenow or freshservice for incident management
- Strong MS Office skills
