Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Business System Specialist to join their Sales Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and usability of sales tools like Salesforce and CPQ, managing support tickets, and assisting with system maintenance. The specialist will be responsible for resolving issues related to these tools and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment. The position supports a global team assisting sales accounts, providing research, reports, and process support.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of professional experience in IT /Salesforce Helpdesk or Salesforce certified
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce landscape and terminology
  • Experience with sales processes and a sales environment
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Aggressive problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements Summary
