Business Systems Analyst (Level 4) position at Toronto, ON, Canada, requiring expertise in ITSM, BMC, and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Clearance Requirement: Secret
  • At least 1 year of experience in Remedy development (Remedy AR system workflow, such as Active links, filters, menus, forms, escalations, etc.)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Hands-on Building Service request using DWP Catalogue (SNOW Equivalent End user portal)
  • Developing BMC CMDB solution (i.e. class structure, concepts of reconciliation and normalization)
  • Ticket brokering using SOAP and REST API
  • Design Data load for foundation and or CMDB understand Atrium Integrator
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring of all OOTB functionality of the Incident, Problem, Change, including foundation data, assignment rules, templates etc.
  • Ability to do requirement analysis in ITSM modules
  • For Saas & on-prem container projects: Container platform (Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS), Jenkins & related experience is a plus
  • BMC HDM experience is a plus
  • Understanding RSSO (Remedy Single Sign-On) capabilities is a plus
  • Chatbot and agent chat familiarity is a plus
  • BMC BWF (Business workflow) familiarity is a plus
