The UCF IT within Facilities and Business Operations is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to serve as a key strategic liaison between UCF IT and academic and central support units. The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, a comprehensive understanding of complex business processes, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between UCF IT and designated academic or central support units
- Conduct comprehensive business process analyses to document current-state workflows
- Partner with business and academic leaders to define and document clear business needs
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technological and process solutions
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Identify opportunities for process automation
- Support business and academic leaders in developing comprehensive business cases
- Guide stakeholders through the IT governance and project intake processes
- Develop application and system rationalization plans
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within UCF IT
- Work in partnership with the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Performance Analytics teams
- Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Technology Adoption teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
