We are looking for a Client-Facing Catalogue Operations Manager with English language to optimize service operations and ensure seamless catalogue management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Request Fulfillment Manager or in a similar position is a plus)
  • Strong time management skills to handle peak workloads and tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and customer interaction
  • Ability to analyze problems, work with business processes, and handle complex requests
  • High-level planning and organizational abilities
  • English language – both written and verbal
