ServiceNow is seeking an Area Lead to oversee a customer region, responsible for customer success, growth, retention, and employee development. This role focuses on aligning Customer Success, Expert Services, Success Hubs, and Sales to deliver customer value and ensure platform adoption. The area lead will drive cross-functional collaboration and customer relationships to maximize platform utilization and support renewals.

Requirements

  • Experience in AI integration and automation
  • Track record for building and growing world-class organizations
  • Proven market experience in the nominated Area or Region
  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • 5+ years in customer success or related role
  • 15+ years of experience leading a large, high-growth organization
  • 5+ years in enterprise software in the nominated Area / Market
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills

Requirements Summary

15+ years of experience as a leader, 10+ years in customer success, and a track record for business growth. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field
