IT Support Specialist (Baarle-Nassau, Lab IT support, Dutch+English)

D-ploy is seeking a highly skilled IT/OT Support Specialist to join their team onsite in Baarle-Nassau, Netherlands. The role involves hands-on support for both IT and OT systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with regulatory standards within a regulated manufacturing environment. The Specialist will act as a critical bridge between operational technology and enterprise IT, improving the organization's productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years in IT/OT support within regulated industries
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy, Active Directory, Azure, SQL Server
• Industrial IT hardware (thin clients, IPCs, etc.)
• SCADA, PLCs, lab/manufacturing systems
• CSV, GxP, Quality Management Systems
• Backup, DR, and ITIL processes
• Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
