Change and Release Coordinator role available at Leidos Australia, working on IT and airborne solutions that protect and advance the Australian way of life. Coordinate and manage engineering and technical changes, engage with stakeholders, and facilitate change and release forums.

Requirements

  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience in Change and Release Management, ideally within a contract-based ICT service environment
  • Experience working in Defence or secure environments, with a solid understanding of Configuration Management Systems and CMDB tools
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service focus
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy), Agile delivery platforms (e.g. Jira, Confluence), and productivity tools (e.g. MS Office, Teams)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable team player with strong organisational skills
