Optus is seeking a Change and Release Manager to govern and execute change and release processes across infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems. This role focuses on ensuring seamless delivery of changes with minimal disruption, collaborating across teams and prioritizing risk management. It's a technical leadership role within an ITIL environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical change and release management
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes
- Hands-on experience with DevOps/CI/CD tools and deployment automation
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Strong understanding of networks, infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
