This position is for a Principal Technical Consultant at ServiceNow, responsible for bringing a deep technical understanding to the team to influence the implementation of ServiceNow's products. The role involves leading technical discussions, configuring applications and workflows, and providing customer-centric solutions, while embodying leadership, sharing knowledge, and mentoring colleagues and partners.
Requirements
- Experience in ITIL/CMDB implementations (CCMDB, UCMDB)
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Experience in Hardware Asset Management
- Experience in Cloud Management platforms
- Strong Infrastructure knowledge of Compute, Network and Storage platforms
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Perl, WMI, shell, Python, JavaScript)
- Demonstrated experience in automation tools (Puppet/Chef/Ansible)

Requirements Summary
