ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction with their cloud-based platform. This role involves using a deep understanding of infrastructure and operations management to influence the implementation of products and mentor both colleagues and delivery partners. The Consultant will deliver technical guidance and influence the overall success of deployments through a customer-centric approach and leadership skills.
Requirements
- In experience in ITIL/CMDB implementations
- Expertise in ITSM Processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Request
- Strong Infrastructure knowledge of current Compute, Network and Storage platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration
- Experience with ITOM / ITAM / SPM and ITSM application suites
- Cloud Management Platform experience (AWS, VMware, Azure, Google, etc.)
- Scripting with PowerShell, Perl, WMI, shell, Python, JavaScript, and XPath
- Degrees or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- Ability to learn new technologies
