Change/Configuration Manager

The Change/Configuration Manager will oversee the daily execution of the Information Technology Change Management Process, manage configuration management activities, and provide on-site support to the government customer.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
• Bachelors degree or equivalent + 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience leading Change / Configuration Management operations in an IT environment
• Experience with Change / Configuration Management tools and workflows
• Ability to facilitate meetings with Program and Government personnel
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior customers to field and troubleshooting questions and issue
• Works well inside team environment, positive can do attitude
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology, processes, and techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of MS Product Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Experience with ServiceNow
