Change Coordinator

DXC Technology is seeking a Change Coordinator to coordinate and manage the end-to-end change management process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in change coordination or IT service management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in change coordination or IT service management
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management principles
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
