Change Coordinator

DXC Technology is seeking a Change Coordinator to manage the end-to-end change management process in alignment with ITIL or organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management principles, experience with ITSM tools, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in change coordination or IT service management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management principles.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
