We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled SharePoint and Web Application Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in supporting SharePoint (preferably On-Prem) and.NET-based web applications.
Requirements
- Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint On-Prem and.NET-based web applications.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, and content databases.
- Support custom.NET applications, perform minor code fixes, and manage deployments.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and performance optimization.
- Perform root cause analysis and prepare detailed RCA reports.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles for supported applications.
- Participate in application patching, upgrades, and regular maintenance schedules.
- Engage with end-users and business stakeholders to understand and resolve their issues effectively.
