Sev1Tech is seeking a Change Management Lead to support a team providing enterprise IT operations support for a DHS customer, focusing on infrastructure management and operations such as monitoring, incident response, cybersecurity, and system administration. The role involves implementing automation and utilizing AI/predictive analytics to improve efficiency and resilience. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, strong IT Service Management experience, and expertise in Change Management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong skills in Service Management tools, such as ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Experience in developing written functional documentation and training materials
  • Thorough knowledge of relationships between Change Management, Configuration Management and Release Management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience implementing and improving IT processes
  • Experience with internal change management policies
  • Eligibility for Entry on Duty clearance
  • ITIL certification or ability to obtain within 12 months

Requirements Summary
