The role involves implementing automation and utilizing AI/predictive analytics to improve efficiency and resilience. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, strong IT Service Management experience, and expertise in Change Management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong skills in Service Management tools, such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Experience in developing written functional documentation and training materials
- Thorough knowledge of relationships between Change Management, Configuration Management and Release Management
- Demonstrated leadership experience implementing and improving IT processes
- Experience with internal change management policies
- Eligibility for Entry on Duty clearance
- ITIL certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
