Change Management Specialist - Finance

ServiceNow is seeking a Change Management Specialist to develop and deliver organizational change management capabilities for the Finance organization. This role will lead change management initiatives and enhance the skills of finance audience members to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a background in finance, change management, and proficiency in AI transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ Years in change management experience driving finance process and automation programs
• Experience with enterprise finance software such as Anaplan, SAP, Blackline, Kyriba and finance-oriented AI tools
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating positive user experiences
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence both leadership and working teams
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)
