Change Manager

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Change Manager to oversee and manage the change management process within the Eurofins Group for a set of Business Applications. The role involves developing and implementing IT change management strategies, coordinating CAB meetings, and ensuring minimal disruption to services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT change management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred)
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Hellix)
