The role involves collaborating with DevOps teams, managing emergency changes, and maximizing efficiency in high-velocity environments. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, high-velocity environments, CI/CD processes, and ITIL 4 practices.
- Deep expertise in ITIL service management practices, including incident, event, asset, configuration, problem, change and release Management.
- Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, products/applications, and network operations.
- Experience with IT Service Management and DevOps tools and platforms (ServiceNow / BMC Helix, Jira, Confluence, GitHub).
- Experience managing change processes to ensure minimal disruption.
