M&S is seeking a Change Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end Change Enablement process, ensuring changes are well-planned, executed, and aligned with ITIL 4 practices. The role involves collaborating with DevOps teams, managing emergency changes, and maximizing efficiency in high-velocity environments. The company emphasizes an inclusive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, high-velocity environments, CI/CD processes, and ITIL 4 practices.
  • Deep expertise in ITIL service management practices, including incident, event, asset, configuration, problem, change and release Management.
  • Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, products/applications, and network operations.
  • Experience with IT Service Management and DevOps tools and platforms (ServiceNow / BMC Helix, Jira, Confluence, GitHub).
  • Experience managing change processes to ensure minimal disruption.
