Requirements
- Log and review change requests in the ITSM tool.
- Coordinate scheduling and communication of approved changes.
- Assist in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Track progress, update records, and report on change activity.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
