M&S is seeking a Change Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end Change Enablement process, ensuring effective change management within a high-velocity DevOps environment. The role involves implementing Controls, collaborating with DevOps, and ensuring efficient incident handling. This position is critical in supporting the company’s transformation and meeting customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, high-velocity environments with an understanding of CI/CD processes.
- Deep expertise in ITIL service management practices.
- Strong experience leading and governing change processes.
- Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, products/applications, and network operations.
- Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) and DevOps tools and platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira, Confluence and GitHub).
