The Circuit Provisioning Operations Engineer will manage network incidents, troubleshoot Edge/IP network issues, and handle circuit ordering/verification. This role requires a proactive individual with attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving Edge and IP network issues
  • Strong background in incident handling, ticket management, and escalation processes
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring and incident management tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or ServiceNow
