ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director to focus on existing client accounts, oversee executive relationships, and lead virtual teams. The role involves developing a ServiceNow solution based on customer needs, managing client relationships, and achieving financial targets. This position is for a full-time, in-person position based in 50 Hudson Yards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client management, and aligned account strategies to revenue opportunities
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
- Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region)
